Santa Fe County Passes Sustainable Growth Management Plan (SGMP)

The Board of County Commissioners voted 5-0 in favor of adopting the plan and we are certain that it would have been a different outcome if our members had not provided comments. Your time spent on this issue made a difference!

I would like to thank you for providing your voice in support of the Sustainable Growth Management Plan (SGMP) to the Santa Fe County Commissioners. We sent >100 e-mails to the County Commissioners on this issue.

Sierra Club leaders, Teresa Seamster and Sig Silber, made a lot of contributions to the development of the SGMP. We thank them for their hardwork.
